ROXAS City (Jan 19)— Emotional in his speech before a crowd of faithful, the Most Reverend Jose Advincula Jr. related how he seemed to have been “returned to sender” when he was assigned in the Archdiocese of San Carlos City, and sent back to Capiz.
Capiz Governor Victor “Vic” Tanco Sr. was born on 15 October 1944 in Brgy. Guinotos, Dumarao, Capiz to Diosdado Juanillo Tanco, Sr. and Azucena Benjamin Arancillo.He is happily married to pretty townmate Fatima Lademora.They have 4 children:Victor Jr., Faith, Vladimir, and Hope.
